The Achievement Award Committee recognizes a deserving individual at State Convention with this prestigious award.
ARTS & PERSONAL GROWTH
The Arts & Personal Growth Committee plans the creative arts retreat, convention displays, and encourages members to participate in the DKG Gallery of fine Arts.
AWARDS
The Awards Committee presents the Order of the Rose Awards and recognizes chapters who earn Maycie Chapter Excellence Awards.
BYLAWS & RULES
Presents proposed amendments to the Tennessee State Bylaws and Rules.
Compares compatibility of Tennessee State Bylaws and Rules with Constitution and International Standing Rules.
Reviews chapter rules for compatibility with state and international governing documents.
COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING
Oversees publicity and publications for the Tennessee Organization.
Provides technology training and guidance for chapters and members.
Provides chapter communication awards.

EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE
The Educational Excellence Committee assists chapters with programs and projects including state and international projects.
FINANCE
The Finance Committee oversees the Tennessee State budget and financial affairs.
HISTORIC PRESERVATION
The Historic Preservation Committee preserves the history of the Tennessee Organization.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Designs opportunities for leadership development by hosting beginning and advanced leadership management seminars.
MEMBERSHIP
Maintains membership and necrology records. Plans Ceremony of Remembrance at the annual state convention.
NOMINATIONS
Recruits and selects nominated members for Tennessee State elected positions.
PERSONNEL
Recruits and recommends members for Tennessee State paid positions and evaluates job performance.
PLANNING
The Planning Committee both plans and monitors the Tennessee Strategic Plan.
SCHOLARSHIP
The Scholarship Committee awards scholarship for graduate study based on a formalized rating scale.
SPECIAL EVENTS
The Special Events Committee implements projects to help fund leadership activities.
STATE OFFICERS
Members serving as President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, Treasurer, Executive Secretary, Editor, Parliamentarian, and Webmaster.
STATE PROJECTS
Implements activities that encourage literacy and numeracy efforts in Tennessee.
