TNSO 2026 Essay Contest.png

The State Projects Committee of the TNSO chose Eric Malena II of Bolivar Central HS as the 2026 high school essay contest. He was the recipient of a $350 cash award and presented his essay at 2026 Tennessee State Convention in May. 

The committee would like to thank all the teachers. counselors, and sponsors for participating in this year's contest and for encouraging our young writers.
