Leadership Management Seminars

The Leadership Development Committee facilitates the Leadership Management Program in both Beginning and Advanced levels for members across our state.  Selected members will enjoy a two-day, one-night leadership workshop where they will learn meaningful skills and strategies from inspiring leaders from across our Society.  Topics can range from how to hold a meeting focusing on Robert’s Rules of Order, to what qualities they hold as a leader and how to use those to the best advantage,  to how to inspire others, and so much more.  The Beginning seminars are held in the Spring and Fall of even years, and the Advanced is held in the Spring of odd years.  This wonderful opportunity is funded by silent auction items and purchases during convention.
